Made an offer on a property in Columbia, TN, about 20 miles south of my office there. Hope they accept!!!

Also, hope my place here sells quick, so I don't have double mortgages....

The place is 5 acres, all fenced, with a faboo barn. 5 stalls and a tack room.....oh yeah and a really nice house. It's 3 br/2.5 bath, with a bonus room and Florida room.

Linda York - come on up once I get settled and shop around! There are LOTS of properties for sale, and now is the time to buy.

Seller accepted my offer, with a few contingencies...one I will not accept, he wants to retain the property 7 days after closing....I rented back when I bought this house, and you wouldn't believe how hard it was getting the people out of here, and what a pig-stye they left it. My compromise was to push closing back 7 days - same difference right? I'm waiting on pins and needles to hear!!!!

Great place! Looks like a beautiful piece of ground with lots of pretty trees.. A little mowing and it will look like a million in that pasture. Very nice barn. Wish I had those stalls...and those outside doors. (I still don't have any. :( ) Really pretty house. Looks BIG!
Tell me, when you went up there and looked at the pasture after having Florida pasture, didn't you just want to get some salad dressing and eat it yourself?? Speaking of mowing, better get out there and do some myself! :lol:
