We Did It!!!!

The second house we wanted, we ended up getting. The almost 3 acres. 5 would have been best but this one is in the area we want, next to the original property we did not get (with an acre of empty land between us).

The realtor called me today and saaid the other guy was having way too many issues to fund it and she is writing up our contract as wee speak.

The house has much to go in it, but it is livable and on the size property we want.

Everything has been done, appraisal, well tests, etc etc. Nothing to do but paperwork and they have already moved out. I'll hope in 2 weeks, but who knows. Now there is a question of since the old realtor put in for the house with us, do we have to go back and use him?

Sign the docs Thursday (tomorrow) and get the keys Tuesday.

We did not get a loan for it but taking assuming their loan so it was easier and quicker and betetr for us since the loan has a lower percentage hehe and most of the interest has already been paid off. We are just giving them the cash equity of the house.

Can't believe things are going this fast but yeah! One step closer to selling ours.

Now I need to find out about the Equestrian Center going in across the street...

So . . . you'll be in the market for horses, soon, right? I happened to see an ad yesterday for a good sized palomino paso mare -- 14.3 hands. She looked like a horse your husband would love! I saw the ad on Dreamhorse -- but I *think* the owner is Wendy (lovetogait). There can't be too many people named "Wendy" in Orange, CA with Pasos.
