Does anyone know what those plastic stips that are used in feed stores/some barns---any place trying to keep cool air in----are called?I saw a curtain hanging on someone's shed that looked good but can't find anything on the net.Guess I just don't know what they are called.Help anyone?Thanks,Kathi

I was thinking about getting those for my barn. Wish I had...I would have doors now. :(

They are used commonly in Europe (Finland at least).....but made of about 1 inch strips of plastic - great for helping keep bugs out!

I want to get some for the barn too, would help with keeping snow/rain out but allow the horses free access in/out.

I've also seen a house variety for sale for French Doors.

If you are going to use them around horses, I'd probalby invest in heavier ones so they aren't so tearable and edible.

I have a magazine at home that has them....I'll post it later or tomorrow. I think its called Farmtek? magazine??? If anyone uses them I'd love to here how they are....we keep thnking but not doing......
