Good morning! I just joined the board today. I have no Pasos yet, although want one quite badly, currently I have Paint Horses. That won't change as I love them, but have a stall saved for my future Paso!! I love the Paso, look forward to learning all I can, and have been fortunate enough to find someone not too far from here that is well versed with them that told me about this site. Look forward to meeting each one of you and learning about your horses! Maybe someday post a picture of my new Paso if I am lucky!! Have a great day all!! :)

There are lots of pinto pasos! so you can definitely have the best of both worlds in one horse.
You call yourself the straplesshunter. Does that mean you ride your paints hunt seat? and what strap? and were did it go?

Please feel free to post some pictures of your paints. We like all horses.

Would love to post pictures, not sure how to do that, but will figure it out. Was (am!) a big fan of Strapless, the famous Dutch Warmblood Mare who is a Hunter/Jumper, fell in love with the horse years ago when I was thinking about showing..decided a big no on that one though, hate to jump!!! But that is where the name "straplesshunter" comes from. Wish me luck on figuring out posting pictures!!

Welcome to the BB, if you like Warmbloods, you'd probably be intested in some Paso Fino relatives, the Trote y Galope horses (a forum on this bb about them) and the Lusitano, which is a beatuful Spanish horse.

There are many threads in the Rules,Info,Help forum on how to post pictures, including your avatar. Good luck.

And I DITTO what was said about Pinto Pasos. You can have the best of BOTH worlds. Just saw an ad for a GORGEOUS Medicine Hat pinto filly in eastern Canada that is for sale.

BTW- I also thought your strapless had to do with your bra, and was thinking it was good idea you were looking into Pasos. ;-)

Welcome! I knew who she meant with her screen name of straplesshunter because Breyer made a model of Strapless some time ago... ;-) Don't know anything about H/J, but I do follow the Breyers and pay attention! :D

Let us know what we can do to help you on your search for the perfect paso. What did you have in mind?

*to post pix, it helps to have them resized on your computer to about 6x8 first, then upload them to a site like www.photobucket.com
Once you have that done, just copy the IMG tag under the thumbnail size pic, and paste here on you apf post. I like to have both sites minimized while working. ;-) Let us know if you need more help.
