I believe there is a BB Rule requiring members in storm areas to check-in following the storm and letting everyone else know they are okay. I shouldn't have to remind anyone how distraught we were wondering where LindaY was after Katrina. Even had to send rescue people to FIND her! (Thank you Pam and Tami!)
SO WHERE IS EVERYONE??? C'mon, check in.

So far the storm has been much less than expected. I belive it is just around W. Palm Beach right now. So still headed this way, but slowly and it seems to be weakening. Me thinks I will have to drive home tonight or tomorrow to get back to work. :-? I was hoping at least the electricity might be down at the office a day to buy me some extra time off. ;-) But it doesn't look that way yet.

We're fine here in Tampa, didn't even get the day off :(
So far, just a little rain, but they said the worst is coming after 12 p.m., with 30 mph winds. If it looks bad, I'll head back home.
Someone was looking out for us, it's much less than anticipated.
And thanks Leila - who just called and checked on me!

I know, that you may be anxious, Carol, but it's not over. Thanks for your concern though! It should be affecting our weather all of today. Without checking, I don't know about tomorrow.
This time it doesn't look to be much. Possible problem could be flooding and tornados as with other storms. It's still with just light rain in Ocala so far. We're behind on rain, so this should be very beneficial!

That Tropical Storm was the worst excuse for a "storm" I have ever seen...It hardly even rained!! But I guess that is a major Blessing :D
And I got 2 days of school off!!!! 8-)
Not even an inch of rain!!!!!Some wind but no more than other stormy days.Had a WONDERFUL day working......nobody on the roads but me!!! I hope we can stay this lucky for the rest of the season.

PasoPerson here to let you know Ocala area is fine. Rain and a little bitty bit of wind. Nothing worse than a regular rainstorm.
Thanks for asking.
