I am trying to track down a horse named Aliento (del Corazon). He was the son of one my mare Aprisa, palomino, foaled 1966 which would make him a 10 year old by now. Last we knew, he was in Colorado and was still a stallion, but that was quite a few years ago.

Anyone ever heard of this guy?

1966...would make him 10 years old? :shock: Maybe 40 or maybe he was foaled in 1996??? ;-)

I don't know of him, but can ask.

Where did 1966 come from? I think he came to Colorado with Barbara and Bob Bolger in around 1999 or 2000 but don't know much other than that. I am sure he is a gelding now...

I looked on the stud CD and no horse of this name is registered
Looked under del Corazon and still found nothing

If you want to give me the full name of your mare I'll tackle it from that angle

Her name is Aprisa. Just Aprisa...her registered number is 17,905. I found her son on the pasoregistry website....not the pasopedigree one...which has the wrong name for the horse.

What color is Aliente? What part of Colorado?

I think they lived in Peyton, Colorado. It is possible Carol Kuiper might have owned him at one time but I am not sure on that.

Carol lives in/near Calhan. I live near to Falcon, Peyton is my mailing address. Maybe Carol will respond.... she looks in here sometimes...

I haven't heard of the horse that I can recall.

Ah - I've solved the problem. I called the Association (when all else fails!) Aliento del Corazon is now named International Resorte AAA and he is owned by a Ralph Hollanback of Estes Park, CO.

So there you go.....

So has anybody seen this guy? I was just wondering what he was like....

Not heard of International Resorte AAA. Maybe someone who shows alot in CO will remember his name...
I agree with Terry, do you have a picture? That may make this easier...

Sorry - no pictures...I never owned this horse, just wanted to know his whereabouts now that I have his mother up for sale. People often ask that kind of stuff.

I don't think he has been shown either....
