Registering new users

Can the format be changed so that new memberships must be reviewed and approved/refused BEFORE they are allowed to post garbage over the forums?

I know it entails extra work for someone to review the new members, but it would definitely save the eyes (my own and the young 'uns) for the filth I've been seeing lately.

I just did that, but now all newbies will have to wait on me to see them. :oops:

And I have the rules and newbie section open to guest to post incase they have trouble registering or a member cannot get logged in for some reason.
