Seems we have someone in California who will be sending in an offer in the morning for our house. 5k less then what we wanted but 5k more then appraisel (because the garage did not comp out against any).

It would be a fast closing and means by the 21st we would be out.

Cross all your fingers, toes and eyes for us please.

It was only officially placed on the market last Friday night so not too bad eh? 10 days when there are at least 320 other 1 acre with homes for sale right now out here.

It would mean we can go pick up Chance and Rocket soon before it gets all wintery. And get up the horse stalls/arena etc soon.

We would move out sooner but we are putting in sprinklers and sod on the 9th and really need at least 10 days for it to settle in before letting the dogs run around on it.

Now it means we have to really get painting on the other house too! Can't move the cats in until it's painted. Oh yeah yeah yeah I am almost getting excited!

Now that I am a pretzel, I'll go be quietly excited.

WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Well, it's about time I get serious and sell her too. This is the only place I have her listed. I even got to the point of her and that saddle to trade for an older ridable Paso.

I've got mine crossed for you! http://smiley.onegreatguy.net/hope.gif

That is great if you can sell it that quick. I don't know what the market is like out there, but it is bad here. Houses are sitting forever and people can't get them sold. My mom's office manager has had his home for sale almost 6 months (it is in Chicago) and he is dying paying two mortgages!

Out here it is dead. But we have the only 2 story huge garage out of the hundreds listed at a good price so it's why we are getting so much traffic. Just hope it goes through.

Good luck!! Our office building was on the market for about 2 months and we sold it, just closed in September. The market here is still pretty good, but it's becoming a buyer's market again. Just a year ago you could pretty much ask whatever you wanted, and get it. We took 45,000 less than what we were asking, but still came out ahead. You have to take what you can get right now. Hope all goes well for you!
