Pasojoy...Helmets...that would be an adult rider's choice..I choose to wear one... I don't try to talk people into them....I do insist people under 18 wear them on my place....

The top of that mesa was covered with huge, flat rock we rode on.... for me, a helmet is a MUST.... One accident in that type of terrain could be your last...

I used to hate wearing seatbelts... now I feel compelled to use one, Same way I feel about helmets.
It took one fall off a green horse in training...his hoof hoof grazing my ear, to get me to wear a helmet.... that was probably 10 years ago... ;-)

That cremello is 20+ years old...his name is Hombre..he is a going machine...

The people pictured were only about half of our group...AND I need to mention...that all photo credits go to Nancy Wenlock.... I lost all my photos...darnitall...!

After the ride...we had a chili lunch...complete with cornbread, even BROWNIES!! We had a group meeting and talked about our future club plans...here is about 1/3 of the group...

That is a mare owned by Denise Bachmann...she has had that mare at least six years...but I do not remember the mare's name...

Thanks Terry! I'll share these with Sue and Pat when they get home.Looks like the Florida gals over dressed.They THOUGHT it would be cold there and only took long sleeve shirts :roll:
