Well, we spent today working on costumes for this year's High Desert Halloween Costume. Rosie really deserves an award for tollerence! Lets just say the box costume didn't work ONLY because there is more Rosie then box! LOL

Ya'll have to wait for this year's costume until after the show (wouldn't want to spoil the fun for Cindy...she's one of the judges).

Two weeks from tonight is the Halloween Costume class. I won't get home until Monday to post pictures though...

I got to hand it to you Carol...you are more creative than I could ever think about. That is great!

I have considered spray painting T like a bumble bee since he is already yellow...but what to do for wings?

Use a black saddle or pad as part of a black stripe, then attach 'wings' to it - either cardboard or buy wings as part of a halloween costume -

I agree with Lisa...you can find wings right now at Wall-Mart, find the temporary hair spray paint too. Cut out a stencil so your spots edges aren't overspray and you're good to go. The horse that won that Costum class was a Cremelo painted with stripes into a Zebra. It was great!!!

Yeah, you should have seen Rosie in the box...too funny. But, it wouldn't work. I can just see the look on her face, it's like "Not Halloween again!" ROFL

Wait till THIS year...I can't! LOL

They did look at her funny. She's such a good sport about stuff. Sometimes I think she enjoys all the goofy stuff. I know Zar would have a heart attack if I did this to her. No sense of humor, that horse.
