She has been fighting cancer. This is very sad news she was very nice and always would say hi back to you. But I dont know how she died or what will happen to all of her wonderful horses.

Thank you, Earl, for letting us know. Jo always had a smile and a kind word. She will be missed.

Yes, thank you Earl. I feel awful. Jo was a wonderful person and we sure enjoyed getting to know her last year at Mile High. She did indeed breed wonderful horses. I am sure her soul is still with them.

Oh no. I know she was sick and could not come to Nationals this year. She was such a cheerful and positive person. A great loss to the breed and all who knew her.

Jo Moore Memorial Scholarship Fund

To Benefit the Youth of the

Paso Fino Horse Association

Our dear friend, Jo Moore, has passed away after a long and courageous battle. Anyone who knew Jo knew of her love for the Paso Fino horse and the children of our association. Many PFHA members have asked what can be done to remember, memorialize, and honor our friend. A memorial scholarship fund has been set up in Jo’s name through the Paso Fino Foundation and will be awarded to a deserving youth member who best exemplifies Jo’s sportsmanship, love of the horses, friendship, and courage.
