The camera should have come with a connecting cable that goes to your computer. You offload the pictures onto your computer with the software that came with the camera with that cable then email them.
If you don't have a connecting cable you can buy a chip reader which is fairly cheap and use it to offload the pictures onto the computer again using the software that comes with the chip reader and then email them. Any computer stores like Best Buy or CompUSA will have one.
If you don't want to buy a chipreader you can go to walmart or some other store and have them make you a CD or DVD of the pictures. Put the CD or DVD in your computer and pull up the pictures and email them.
Last of all some stores like Walmart can email you your pictures but I'm thinking this is from a film camera, not a digital???

As Kyle said.... you *should* have gotten a "dock" with your camera that downloads it to your computer and also charges up the battery while you are not using it....
What kind of camera do you have? Did you get a charging/downloading dock with it?
