Court is over

If any one is interested in what happened in court please pm me. It was great. I never knew that court appt. people would lie under oath. It was realy embarressing for them when they all I say all got caught.

I am so sorry about the last sentence. I can not find my glasses thru this 2 day ordeal. Think maybe i left them at the court house. Yes, it went great. And professionals were caught in lies. Our lawyer was worth every penny we paid him. I will write up a post about the whole trial when I get back to michigan and get some glasses. ;-) We could possible appeal when the magistrate makes his decision but I really doubt it. So i do have to watch what I post for 30 days. I will have to say lawyers, court appointed scph. and guaridans for the child will lie under oath. :roll: That is our court system. :cry: Als0 that there is no one really out there that will protect our children. Al least no one in the wood county system where we live.

i am so proud of how my son handled himself in court. The magistrate let Andrew just talk to him and the other professional people in court. He got to adress all the lies that were made and proven lies. He got to look the guardian in the face and accuse her of not doing her job. It was already proven. The counsoler looked at the gal and said whoever took this child away from her father has cause great emotional everlasting harm to her. Thie counsilor has 2 masters degrees and 20 years in counsoling abused children. She had alot of pages writen down of this little girl. And she took the time and the court took the time to let her read everything. Yes, abuse was proven. The pictures and vedios were allowed in court and will be filled with the court proceedings. Incase we ever need to go back to court again.

I have a big weight off of my shoulders. The mother knows if Star comes back with anything that looks like abuse she will be in trouble very fast. We are now waiting for the magistrate decision. Hopefully we will get it by the end of the week. But we feel that it will be in our favor. It has to be. Thanks for all the prayers and for careing. I will be posting later this evening.
