Three Things to Think About...just had to share!

1. Cows

2. The Constitution

3. The Ten Commandments

Cows: Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that our

government can track a cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall

where she sleeps in the state of Washington and they tracked her calves

to their stalls? But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal

aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give them all a cow.

The Constitution: They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for

Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of

really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and we're not using

it anymore.

The Ten Commandments: The real reason that we can't have the Ten

Commandments in a courthouse........ You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not

Steal," "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a

building full of lawyers, judges and politicians -- it creates a hostile

work environment.

Before you jump all over me...I love my country, my constitution and My Country...just sometimes we are allowed to question things and to laugh at ourselves! Its still the greatest country in the universe to Live IN!

It is one thing to poke fun at yourself (or your own govt/country/religion/etc), but mocking that which is not yours is a low form of 'humor' usually employed for those who are comfortable bullying others.

a lotta truth to that. however, I don't know what the fuss over mexicans is for, i know a lot of them are desparate for a job, last i heard unemployment was around 50% in mexico. The mexicans in the us, legal or not, do virtually all the hard labor ag jobs that americans have become too lazy to do. I was told years ago by a farmer in S CA that the illegal immigrants were much better workers than the legal ones. I think they hired them one day at a time with cash pay. That was over 20 yrs ago. I know if agriculture was managed a little different they could all be put to work. But it isn't happening and there's not enough jobs to go around.
