Actually, 3 weeks have been awful!! It started with my husband having the stint in his carotid artery get blocked, they had to put a new stint in. That went well, but we were in the middle of trying to move, which put everything on me. Then, my bird died! I don't know if you remember my post not long ago about her getting out of the cage and trapping my husband in bed, but she was a riot! I don't know what happened to her, she was fine when I left, taking my husband to Dr. checkups, when I got home she was dead. She stayed outside a lot, and there were cases of West Nile at the barn, so I wonder if she got west nile. Then we move, I am driving the truck, pulling our RV, my husband driving the car, we have a blowout on the trailer. Get that fixed, and pulling into the new driveway, the belt brakes on the car. Get it towed into the shop and get it fixed. Leave on Thursday to go get horsetrailer and horse ( about 4 hours away) and get to the barn and the battery light comes on and truck starts discharging, take it directly to the garage that put a new altinator on less than a year ago, they say the altinator isn't working and put a new one on as it is still under warranty, it turns out that it was a wire, but I now have a new altinator. Get horse and trailer back to new place and the TV in front room shows a message (direct tv) that I have an invalid access card, call direct tv and they are sending a new one, then get my computer set up and it won't turn on, I take it to the shop for repair, hope to get it back soon, am using the office computer for now. Then to top it all off, my son calls and he had to put his dog down that we got him for his 14th birthday, and he is now 29. When will it stop? I guess it could get worse, so far, the only two things I can't fix are the loss of my bird and the dog. Sorry about all the complaining, just had to vent to someone, my husband is deaf, and it doesn't do any good to gripe to him. Hopefully, all the bad luck is behind us now. Thanks for listening!
