This is who I use. Very fast and answered all my questions. Now I have never had a medical issue to deal with, so I don't know how they are when it matters. I did need insurance ASAP and had it the same day. I also cancelled a policy within a month and received full payment back.

Energy Equine is a PFHA sponsor. I have dealt with them on farmowners and I believe some of my clients have insured horses with them. I was very happy with them and have not heard anything bad from clients.
