No offense, but those ceilings are so high your heating and cooling costs will be astronomical. And keeping up that yard - well just tiresome. Then you'll have to clean the fireplace too. You'll be so mesmirized by the view that you'll never get anything done. Nope, don't think you should buy that house ;-)

I don't know, ASB, I REALLY don't like the ceilings in the dining room and games room, so unless you're planning to replace them, I think you can find something nicer. *grin*

Hah - I remember that pool table! I like the way Cindy changed it from a mountain cabin to some sort of Tuscan like retreat sort of theme. Very nice. I think I could do better on the water feature. ;-)

Do you get a discount? How much are they asking for it?

very nice, howbeit a little big fer my tastes. I'm working on a much smaller version of something simular. Just putting in the basics now. septic, water, etc.

On this house, it actually isn't as big as it looks. I believe that all the photos were taken with a wide angle lens to give them the look of being huge. I wish they would hurry up and decide what exactly they are going to do on it. They haven't decided if it will be sold with 10 acres or 40 acres.

Personally I LOVE it!!If it were in my reach to put a house just like it here on my property i'd do it.I do think the bills will be high but I think if you can aford a place like that you can aford the bills ;-) .I say go for it!!Your friend,Moniece
