Alicante Imperial

This PPR boy was kicked in the knee summer before last. His knee was shattered, they took him to Ohio State and they operated, which went well but when he stood up after surgery his femur blew out the side of his leg and had to be put down. He was an Alicante son.

Yes - I think she was one of his last babies. Her mom's name is Bolera de Pisgah, who is about 3/4 pure puerto rican... I have been wondering if Gabriela can be registered with the pure puerto rican association

Did this horse come from Betty Kleins place? He looks so familiar. I was at her place in the mid 90's (maybe 1996 or 97). She was not able to come to the barn because she was not feeling well but her husband brought us out to the barn and showed us a horse for sale that looked so much like this one.

I believe in 96, maybe 97 he came up here from Florida (I cannot remember the name of the previous owner) his last owners were Zona Butler and Jim Thomas.
