I'd love to ride there, but I can't this week-end. It used to be difficult to get in there. Our trail club only was able to get in once a year. A ranger had to lead the rides. They don't let the horses go everywhere anymore. Even on the last ranger-led ride, we couldn't go some places.

It's beautiful up there! Our trail club has gone there since they opened it up, but we haven't gone up on our own. It's nice to have another wonderful area to ride in! Enjoy your ride for me, too!

San Felasco is near Gainseville Fl.just south of Alachua proper about four miles max from interstate 75 Alachua exit/It is a Fl.State Park (mapquest will show)with Equestrian and bicycle trails. We did not go since fuel went up so high :( this weekend we stayed home (area)and rode all rideable horses for a few hours each.
