Oooouuuu ouuuuu I used to own his great grandfather G L Ojos de Ebano. Gorgeous white. He scared the living heck out of me when I went to look at him. But I was his only option at the time so I said sure deliver him. Once I figured him out he wasn't so scary after all in fact he was quick the opposite. Neat neat horse that anyone could ride. I will never forget the day I got the call from the barn owner that a white horse lay dead in the field. I was a screaming crying fool that day.
My little Eby.
And I remember his great grandmother Mia Rita. When I went to look at my very first paso I rode a gelding called Ricky and the owner Jan Smith rode her favorte palomino mare Mia Rita. I remember she couldn't mount Mia in the open, she had to take in the barn and then ride out. Very very smooth mare. I know Stella will remember her.

did you already buy him? he looks ok, but you cant tell much from just one picture. if it is a horse that is trained to ride, i like to see a picture of someone riding him.

Nice pony! Too bad about all the white, but oh well...LOL
And, Ed...not to hyjack this thread, but I bought a horse last winter and I went to look at the horse (took my saddle, helmet, etc) and the owner was scared to death of the horse. Big 15.3hh blue papered fox trotter gelding 5 yrs old. He showed me a PICTURE of somebody riding the horse. Swear to God. He would not let me ride the horse! I put my saddle on and could tell the horse had some education. Long story made short. I wrangled an excellent price on the horse, brought him home and rode him 5 times, and sold him 1 week later at a nice profit.

Well Ed, he's only 15 mos so hopefully he hasn't had a person on his back yet... and yep I've bought him... something in my gut told me this was the one. He's shipped from Mo to Al and Sharon has said he is an absolute sweetheart. That's what I love to hear. I can't wait to get my hands on him and WarSong's colt.... they're coming home together...
And I have to new converts to Parelli training who are going to start their training experience with these 2 colts.... My granddaughter who has already ground trained one colt knows she is getting Kokopelli.... and her best friend, who is palomino crazy, is working Inhert the Wind.... And I'm starting Wind Dancer with Parelli training... so it looks like a busy year coming up for all three....
And thank you Lynn Hall for breeding such a fine colt, and Bernice for being willing to trade for this colt......

Do you have any better photos of him Rusel?

Terry I only have 3 photos of the guy... and none are real clear. But you know when something about the attitude they emit when they posture hits you, you know this is the right match.... I've been lucky in my life, Banquero was one, KiKi was another. Hopefully this guy will be all that we hope for to my granddaughter and another lifelong friendship will develop... My motto "keep the kids off the streets and on the back of a Paso"
I intend to pick him up the first part of Jan so I'm sure I'll flood the poor BB with photos of both boys... Unless someone is coming from Alabama to Northern Florida and can give me a good price...????
Can you imagine how excited I was to find out that he had Fav in his pedigree... Icing on the cake... I had been searching for the right mare to breed to one of Fav's sons.... Now I have the bloodline...

Thanks Mona... and if you have any photos that you can send me I'd appreciate it... I try to learn as much about the background of the horse as I can... We actually keep scrap albums of each horse... Helps when people start asking questions...
