I'm excited for you Candice! I wish I could afford to go...alas...since they X-ray all baggage now you can't sneak me on in a trunk....

Do take some andadura (?sp?) pics for me though...and some good conf. views of any horses you can so we can have some good discussion fodder for me to live vicariously through the lives of others :mrgreen:

Will try. Can't promise anything about the andadura horses. It appears that I may be unable to squeeze it in this time. We have only 3 full days and part of another to get everything in that we want to do.

But definitely some confo shots. That is my main purpose is to look at some stallions that I thought might be promising for my breeding program and I need good confo shots to bring back with me.

FYI it's costing me under $450 plus food and gasoline for the trip. With the studio having a fully furnished kitchen, we'll be saving some on eats too. Round trip air fare, car rental, hotel and this in the prime tourist season. Thought I'd just throw that carrot out for ya'll to munch on.

Well guys and gals, with it all said and done, I crunched some numbers

Barb and I are sharing a hotel room and a rental car. I found CHEAP tickets through spiritair.com.......grand total........

$433 plus eats

4 nights, 3 days, round trip airfare from Orlando, hotel at the beach with full kitchen, rental car (room for more people). Oh yeah, includes the airport parking for my car too.

I'll keep ya'll informed but the weather----lows 69-70 Highs 83-88 maybe some showers.

Come on now, I don't think I can get it any better than this unless more want to come and rent a house for a week instead and share the same car rental. I've found places that I think we could get with 3 bedrooms for about $30-$40 per room that will sleep up to 9 people. You can't go to a stateside show this cheap.
