FOFLMAO!!! When I was a kid, we went to the Great Smokies Mountain National Park for a vacation. I remember the "bear jams" that would happen before the Park Service started educating people on the dangers of bears losing their fear of people. A bear would be sited at a picnic area and everyone would stop to watch it causing a traffic (or bear) jam. At one bear jam, we stopped and fixed our picnic, because it was lunch time and we couldn't move anyway. And of course, we wanted to see the bear (from a safe distance. I have to give my parents credit...they didn't do to us what we saw another couple do: this couple was encouraging their children to get closer to the bear, so they could get a good picture!
