First, I'm going to try my first attempt at posting some pictures  sure hope it works

Now, I have been told by National Bridle that Tazz is not only very narrow which I knew but is also low-backed and that will make finding a saddle for him even more of a challange than before. So, what do you think, does he appear to be low in the back and if so, what type of saddle will do best with him. Remember, I'm the one that took a tumble and am trying to find something really secure for this very beginner rider.

Thanks
Margie

Also, may I suggest a sticky thingy for how to post pictures? It would be really easy for the first time picture-poster.

Ok, I got one of the photos but it sure is big. I sized it in paint before I uploaded to photobucket, I guess it needs to be smaller huh? Also, I copied two IRL's but only got one picture. Here's the other onehttp://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p125/margieann52/Tazz.jpg

I am certainly no expert, but his back doesn't look that low to me. He looks like he has really good withers. Can't tell if he is narrow or not from these pictures. I am not going to be a big help, since I am such a fan of treeless saddles.

Thanks, now, how do I repost this in the right place? Sure can't hide being a newbie very long

I'm assuming you want to post it in the tack forum??

The easiest way is to go to the thread that has the picture correct and hit the Quote button at the upper right. Then block and select "copy" everything in the quote, which will include the coding for posting the picture and the location. Then go to the training forum and select New Topic. Then Paste everything into the window, along with the text you want to ask there.

BTW...he looks like he has substantial withers. Nothing wrong with his back. Can't tell if he's narrow from the pictures. Take a picture from over him looking down his back and have someone stand next to him for perspective.
