A 17.1 hh Duch Warmblood named Breyer, who gives the best kisses. LOL
Michico definitely needed a little friend and I was searching high and low for a horse I could use for some easy jumping and get more involved in dressage, when I was offered Breyer. He is mine as long as I wish for free and if I don’t want him any longer I can send him back home again. Not that I think that will happen any time soon, but to continue the story; Breyer belongs to a friend of a friend and is a 17 year old second level dressage horse. He’s the most wonderful schoolmaster, he knows it all and is willing to work with you so you’ll get it right. He has the smoothest canter, and his trot isn’t the big warmblood kind of trot (which is why he never got past second level) but it makes it easier to ride. But lets get on to the pictures…
As I said, Michico longed for a little friend, so when the trailer pulled up he waited and nickered. It sounded like he was asking who was there. Breyer was politely nickering back…

and off the trailer he comes

The first meeting where they squeal, Breyer carefully stomps while Michico has a mean strike that never (ever) makes contact, but it looks impressive.

and off they go

then they stop for some more squealing, stomping and striking

just to take off and run some more.

Why do you have this on? Want some help to get it off?

If you’re going to be my new mama, you better do something about that little twit’s attitude. Look, he making faces at me again.

Breyer’s owner has apologized profusely, several times, about his winter coat. LOL Michico looks even woollier, but she’s into clipped horses, LOL
And now I’m off to order a mounting block.
