Actually, I don't think that is such a bad price either, but it is relative to where you are now, I guess. There is a place down the road from me that has 115 acres, barn, and a mansion for $1.5 mil. Not near as nice, or as much land, as the one in Carol's ad.

Flying M Ranch in Livingston, Montana is listed at $25,000,000. Its listed in the Jan issue of The Montana Land Magazine. Its a beautiful place!

Beautiful Carol...and I have to agree, the price is awesome. Around here 5 acres, nice custom home and NO barn or anything sells for $500K. If I want to buy 5 acres of the field behind when they subdivide it this year, I will have to pay the full residential price - $100K, and that is with NOTHING but utilities and water rights.
100 acres with a double-wide and no barn or outbuildings, dry-farmed (without water for irrigation), $400K in the valley south of me.
