Then we have Forum Leaders, who post a "funny" against the minimum wage increase, "wish" a miscarriage on someone...gee, I'm sure she was surprised that these things caused arguments.

These are just a few of the recent ones...last couple of weeks. So, you can imagine why I'm wondering whether or not you REALLY want us to chill.

If you do...might want to have a word with the staff, bein' they seed (or should I say bait?) the forum with "interesting" topics, per your request.

To my way of thinking, the last 4 'leaning' posts, were started by the right. Didn't want ya'll to think us left leaners were slacking. If ya'll want political posts, we can post with the rest! :D

It is obvious you have entirely too much time on your hands since you retired, so I have made you a list of things to help you get over this stage in your life.

1. Set your alarm clock for 10 AM each day and do not and I repeat DO NOT get out of bed till that time. Advise your hubby he will have to take care of all horses and pets until you awake. Simply advise him you are a recovering THINKER

2. When you get up take lots of time making yourself a gourmet breakfast.

3. Go to your bathroom and take care of what mother nature requires.

4. Take a shower and repeat at least 10 times in the shower, I must not think today. I must do what comes naturally.

5. Then saddle up your favorite Paso and hit the trail and not worry about anything.

Believe me you will be a better person if you follow this plan. Then we on the BB can easily understand that HAY Carol ain't crazy she is just like the rest of us.

That's the problem right there Bob. I am totally house bound, other then short stints to do chores. It has either been snowing or an inversion (pollution) since....???? and I'm stuck inside.

Here is a thought since you are now an indoors person until weather gets better.

Start making your own tack and saddles.

Who knows you might be a famous saddle maker in the future and get thousands for your creations.

I check in at pasofinos.com daily and havent noticed any "heated adult conversations, political or religious jabs" there since the great stampede to this board.

They are both great bb's.

I think Lori is really patient with us. About making a new rule one way or the other, I will tell her what my dad always told us as kids when we would complain about something. He would always say.. I pay the bills, I make the rules... ;-)

I already go to and enjoy both sites..... as do several others... The other site has less frequent participation hence longer wait periods for response. But from personal experience I haven't yet seen items deleted... yet from Terry and Carol's experience it seems that they to were deleted... so I take the good with the bad and enjoy from each what I can...

And don't get me wrong.. I enjoy this site.... I think you do a great job and have willing and friendly workers... it's my personal preference for meeting and talking to other paso people....

And you allow me to grip about what I don't like without deleting it....

please don't take it as a personal assualt because it is not... I see this BB as a business as any other means of income that provides a service.

I DO see it as a service, but it has certainly not proven to be a means of income. At least not yet. However it is finally starting to support itself. :D But I won't be quitting my day job for a LONG time. ;-)

*but it sure is a source of great friends and fun. 8-)
