Show change, is this legal???

Did anyone see this? Hope you weren't planning on going to the show in Ocala! With only 2 weeks notice!! Doesn't seem like they should be able to do this with such short notice.

I was planning on showing at this show, actually have had a mare in training since October for this show!

Ivette posted on another board that they had problems with Ocala....wonder what sort of problems would make them move it?
