I saw Don Pepito that was a chocolate palomino paso stallion in 1977 or 79 winning the state championsip in Fl. in Bella Forma. He was gorgeous and of course PPR. A few of his daughters have been trained here. I believe he lived to be around 35 years old. He lived around 40 miles south of where we live now. Anyone going to the big Webster Flea Market could have looked over in the field and seen him in his pasture quite content. Pepe Tartack did take good care of him.
Corita de Vez was by my old PR stallioon Corito. He can be seen on my memory page by pulling up Corallace.com. Her mother was a Coral LaCE daughter out of a PR mare. The PR mare was advertised the am of us leaving for nationals. We called and they sadi theywould take 5 for her. We get our 5,000 up to go to after her and he says 500 when we get there. Of course we bought her. Barb Preiss
