I don't have a lot of info, this was on the EAGALA list that I just joined.

There are actually 14 of these horses and they are Peruvian Pasos. The owner is being arraigned this week on neglect charges. They are located in Niwot, between Boulder and Longmont, Colorado. A government agency has assumed control of the horses at this point so call Brandy at (303)859-2543
