Since we are on the topic of cars. How many miles a year do you put on yours typically?

Well, we have 4 vehicles...
Camry we put 27,000+ year (57 mi 1-way commute to work)
My van and Arthur's truck each get 7K miles/year
My truck gets about 4K miles...depending on how many out-of-state activities I take horses to.

I don't work, I only shop. :D I guess I put about 4k/year on the Corvette.
We live one mile from Hubby's power plant so his commute is very short. He puts about 2.5k on his Jeep, mostly in the warmer weather.
We just sold the truck (Explorer Sport, 2dr) and I think we put less than 35k miles on it in the past 6 years. This includes about 8 trips to FL.
Usually we stay fairly local...

We put 3000 miles on my husbands new truck in the 1st month. He drives about 120 miles round trip to work.
My Toyota gets about 300 per week, depending on how busy I am.
The Truck we pull the horse & hay trailer with gets 5000 to 7000 per year.

Both are jobs require travel. My husband average is now up to 200 miles a day now that they laid off some more people and expanded his territory. That's about 45,000 miles a year.
I used to do 60,000 when I worked for AKC, now as my own boss with the vendor booth we are somewhere around 25,000 - 30,000 ....
And people wonder why we have NO desire to go anywhere when we get to be home. I don't even want to trailer the horses any distance.

Lets see.....I do about 100 miles round trip x 5 days a week - about 25k if I don't have any other assignments.....then our car we put about 3500 miles just going to/from daycare.....
My truck has just over 31k - it had 6k when i got it in May of 2003.....most of that is trailering miles.....

About 40,000 miles per year on the car (just for work).
Dunno how many on the truck in an average year, but THIS year, because we're moving from one farm to the other (one truckload at a time), about 20,000 miles, I think.
We, too, just like to be at home.

Well, our Chevy dually is a 1994 model and has 120,000 miles on it, most all of them have been pulling a trailer. Our Saab gets about 10,000 a year on it, just driving to town and back and 2 or 3 trips a year to Mo.

I drive a 1999 GMC Sierra...with 94,000 miles on it...and I love it, and it's paid for and I will probably drive it until it falls apart. My daughter said to me when I sold a house in NM, "Mom, are you going to buy a new truck?" I said "Why??? At least I KNOW what's wrong with this one...!"
...and I might add that nothing much is wrong with this truck...I LOVE that truck!

I put a thousand miles a month on my 10 yr. old car and that's if I just go to work...so I would estimate with work, and trips for dr's. appts, and regular shopping for groceries and stuff probably around 1300 miles per month, so 15,600 per year IF I don't do any road trips...
Same mileage gets put on the truck...

Well, as of last night, I've had the new Pilot for two weeks....and it already has just over 1000 miles on it. And I will be going to Ocala next weekend.

Let's see - Greg's last car - a 1998 5-speed Contour SVT - has over 330,000 miles on it. We just gave it to our son to toodle around the base at his new duty station... if it makes it down there....

My Toyota Corolla will be 3 in May - it has about 45,000 on it, so somewhere around 17K a year
The Dodge Ram - I mainly use that to haul horses, hay, etc. It's a 2003 and has 14K on it.
