We’ve all had a great time at past Spectrum Shows and it is the desire of the Florida PFHA that this one in special will be the beginning of the most exiting Spectrum Shows in the future to come……we promise this will be the best show ever.
This is our 21st Anniversary and we will celebrate it in a Spectacular “Spectrum” style!!!!!!! We will feature the best horses in the Paso Fino world, a fantastic Stallion breeding Auction, a marvelous dinner, music and much, much more.
As our commitment we will have for our exhibitors, sponsors and spectators exiting adventures together with the best Paso Fino horses to be enjoyed.
There will be exiting competitions in an atmosphere filled with energy, hospitality and celebration.
This New super facility will give you the Confort that you and your family, friends, guests and horses deserve. This facility offers spectacular view of the show ring, comfortable chairs, an indoor arena of 150’ x 300’, two outdoor warm up arenas (120’ x 240’), full service RV spaces, seating capacity of 4,000 people, 80,000 sf of indoor concourse space, 1000 + reserved seats and 2700+ bleachers seats, four concessions stands within the building and three paved parking lots for your convenience. All this for the best enjoyment of our best gala…..the Paso Fino Horse.

General rules & Regulations
1. Every Class offered herein, will be conducted and judged in accordance with our current PFHA and USEF Rules Book (or as updated in the Paso Fino Horse World and/or USEF Equestrian magazine) this is a “C” rated USEF Show.
2. All horses shown and/or stabled on the grounds must be entered under their full registered names
3. Pre-entries must be received by May 18, 2007. Post entries will be accepted for an additional fee.
4. All owners, handlers, trainers and riders must be members in good standing of the PFHA.
5. ARRIVAL OF HORSES:
For regular stall fees, horses may arrive Wedsday morning May 30th, 2007 and depart by NOON Monday May 4th, 2007. An additional charge of $35 per stall/per day is
due for any horses that arrive before May 30th,2007. No Horses will be allowed on show grounds prior to Tuesday 29th, 2007
All special arrangements must be approved in writing by Show Chairperson (Ivette Vale, Juan Pineiro or Maria E. Alguera)
6. STABLING RULES:
Stabling areas may be requested by paying the appropriate stall fee. Stalls will be assigned by Show Committee as follows:
1) Spectrum Sponsors: Platinum, Diamond, Emerald. 2) Order in which the request with payment was received.
Tack Stalls are available at the same price as regular stalls. Tack stalls not identified as such will carry an additional $12 for USEF Drug fee.
Stall request will only be accepted with a completed Stall Request Form listing the name of all owners for which the request
is being made (Tack rooms must be included in request) and payment in full of all stalls.
Show committee will not consider request as received until stall/tack are paid in full. Additional stalls may not be added to the List after May 18th, 2007.
For free stalls please indicate which owner(s) is/are to receive the free stalls. NO PHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Horses will be placed in stalls assigned by show management and no changes will be permitted without prior consent of the Show Management.
Anyone placing a horse on a stalled not assigned by the management without prior consent of the Show Management MUST remove their horse immediately
upon request and WILL INCUR A $75.00 CLEAN-UP FEE.
IMPORTANT: THE FACT THAT STALL/TACK HAS BEEN RESERVED DOES NOT RELIEVE ANYONE FROM
SENDING ENTRY FORM AND FEE BY DEADLINE OF MAY 18TH, 2007 IN ORDER TO AVOID LATE FEES.
7. REFUND SCHEDULE:
All fees, including stall fees, will be refunded if entries are cancelled in writing by May 16th, 2007. There will be NO REFUND On stalls after May 18th, 2007.
ONCE THE SHOW STARTS, THE FEES FOR ANY HORSE THAT IS NOT SHOWN IN THE CLASS IN WHICH IT WAS ENTERED ARE
FORFEITED, EXCEPT IF THE HORSE IS INJURED OR BECOME ILL. WRITING NOTICE OF CLASS CANCELLATION MUST BE PRESENTED
TO THE SHOW OFFICE BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS BEEN CANCELLED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFUND. THE ENTRY
WILL BE REFUNDED UPON RECEIPT OF A CERTIFICATE FROM VETERINARIAN PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW.
HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT, THE HORSE MAY NOT RE-ENTER ANY OTHER CLASS AFTER
THE CANCELLED CLASS WITHOUT FORFEITING THE RIGHT TO REFUND FOR THE MISSED CLASS.
WARNING: OWNERS OF RECORDS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED OF ALL HORSES
ENTERED BY THEM, THEIR AGENTS OR TRAINERS. THE ENTRY FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF A HORSE,
ITS OWNER OR TRAINER IS DISQUALIFIED FROM SHOWING BY MANAGEMENT OR OFFICIALS.
8. Entry forms must be signed by owners, and/or owner’s legal agent, by trainer, rider, driver or handler and coach.
Please provide your e-mail address with all entry forms.
If the owner or exhibitor is under 21 years of age, the entry form must be signed by a representative who is of age and by signature individually accepts the
responsibility and risk as stated on the entry.
ONLY (1) ENTRY FORM/ PER HORSE. IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE AND PAID STALL RESERVATIONS, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE IN ENTRY
FORM.
9. All tack changes must be in writing and giving to Show Secretary at least 3 classes prior entering the arena.
10. CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES:
To be eligible to entry, a horse must have been properly entered, shown and judged in one of the qualifying classes. The cost to enter To a Championship Class
is $50.00 per Class.
11. Management reserved the right to combine or cancel any classes with less than three entries, to refuse any entry fees before the Opening of the show, to prohibit any
person from attending the show or showing a horse in the ring and to remove any owner, Handler, trainer, stable employee or horse from the show without being liable
for compensation of any kind.
12. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrive at the entry gate in enough time to check-in and prepare for entry into the class.
13. A fee of $50.00 plus collection costs will be charge on all returned checks.
14. Should any dispute or question arise that is not provided for in the rules (USEF or PFHA), the same shall be referred to the Show
Committee, the decision of which will be final.
15. Any horse on the show grounds is subject to drug testing even if not exhibited and must therefore pay the USEF drug fee.
16. Catering of private parties on show grounds must be through Fairgrounds caterer and approved by Show Committee.
17. FIRE REGULATIONS:
Smoking is not permitted in Arena or Stall area. The use of flammable liquids or open flames is not permitted. No parking of
Trailers or cars will be permitted in the barn areas. Trailers may pull into the barn area to unload; but then must be parked in assigned Trailer/car area.
18. Florida PFHA, it’s officers or directors, or Show management are not liable for any losses due to theft or negligence, any Accidents or injuries, or any other
matters in connection with the show.
19. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ARENA. Dogs are not allowed in the show grounds unless they are leashed. ANY UNLEASHED DOG WILL BE
IMPOUNDED. All dog owners must clean up after their pets.
20. All merchandise sales that occur on the show grounds must be authorized by the Show management.
21. Parents must be responsible for their children. Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate
A motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle on the grounds of a
recognized competition. This includes, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters and farm utility vehicles.
Penalties may included exclusion of the child, parents, guardians and/or trainers from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and
charges being filed against any of these individuals in accordance with Chapter VI. (Wheelchair and other mobility assistance equipment for people with
disabilities are exempt) USEF GR 301
22. Entries will be called into the arena in numerical order. Entries must enter show arena when their number is called by the gatekeeper
Entries will have 2 minutes to enter the arena once the gate is open and first horse enters the ring.

We’ve all had a great time at past Spectrum Shows and it is the desire of the Florida PFHA that this one in special will be the beginning of the most exiting Spectrum Shows in the future to come……we promise this will be the best show ever.
This is our 21st Anniversary and we will celebrate it in a Spectacular “Spectrum” style!!!!!!! We will feature the best horses in the Paso Fino world, a fantastic Stallion breeding Auction, a marvelous dinner, music and much, much more.
As our commitment we will have for our exhibitors, sponsors and spectators exiting adventures together with the best Paso Fino horses to be enjoyed.

This New super facility will give you the Confort that you and your family, friends, guests and horses deserve. Florida Paso Fino Horse Association
General rules & Regulations
1. Every Class offered herein, will be conducted and judged in accordance with our current PFHA and USEF Rules Book (or as updated in the Paso Fino Horse World and/or USEF Equestrian magazine) this is a “C” rated USEF Show.
2. All horses shown and/or stabled on the grounds must be entered under their full registered names
3. Pre-entries must be received by May 18, 2007. Post entries will be accepted for an additional fee.
4. All owners, handlers, trainers and riders must be members in good standing of the PFHA.
5. ARRIVAL OF HORSES:
For regular stall fees, horses may arrive Wedsday morning May 30th, 2007 and depart by NOON Monday May 4th, 2007. An additional charge of $35 per stall/per day is
due for any horses that arrive before May 30th,2007. No Horses will be allowed on show grounds prior to Tuesday 29th, 2007
All special arrangements must be approved in writing by Show Chairperson (Ivette Vale, Juan Pineiro or Maria E. Alguera)
6. STABLING RULES:
Stabling areas may be requested by paying the appropriate stall fee. Stalls will be assigned by Show Committee as follows:
1) Spectrum Sponsors: Platinum, Diamond, Emerald. 2) Order in which the request with payment was received.
Tack Stalls are available at the same price as regular stalls. Tack stalls not identified as such will carry an additional $12 for USEF Drug fee.
Stall request will only be accepted with a completed Stall Request Form listing the name of all owners for which the request
is being made (Tack rooms must be included in request) and payment in full of all stalls.
Show committee will not consider request as received until stall/tack are paid in full. Additional stalls may not be added to the List after May 18th, 2007.
For free stalls please indicate which owner(s) is/are to receive the free stalls. NO PHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Horses will be placed in stalls assigned by show management and no changes will be permitted without prior consent of the Show Management.
Anyone placing a horse on a stalled not assigned by the management without prior consent of the Show Management MUST remove their horse immediately
upon request and WILL INCUR A $75.00 CLEAN-UP FEE.
IMPORTANT: THE FACT THAT STALL/TACK HAS BEEN RESERVED DOES NOT RELIEVE ANYONE FROM
SENDING ENTRY FORM AND FEE BY DEADLINE OF MAY 18TH, 2007 IN ORDER TO AVOID LATE FEES.
7. REFUND SCHEDULE:
All fees, including stall fees, will be refunded if entries are cancelled in writing by May 16th, 2007. There will be NO REFUND On stalls after May 18th, 2007.
ONCE THE SHOW STARTS, THE FEES FOR ANY HORSE THAT IS NOT SHOWN IN THE CLASS IN WHICH IT WAS ENTERED ARE
FORFEITED, EXCEPT IF THE HORSE IS INJURED OR BECOME ILL. WRITING NOTICE OF CLASS CANCELLATION MUST BE PRESENTED
TO THE SHOW OFFICE BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS BEEN CANCELLED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFUND. THE ENTRY
WILL BE REFUNDED UPON RECEIPT OF A CERTIFICATE FROM VETERINARIAN PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW.
HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT, THE HORSE MAY NOT RE-ENTER ANY OTHER CLASS AFTER
THE CANCELLED CLASS WITHOUT FORFEITING THE RIGHT TO REFUND FOR THE MISSED CLASS.
WARNING: OWNERS OF RECORDS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED OF ALL HORSES
ENTERED BY THEM, THEIR AGENTS OR TRAINERS. THE ENTRY FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF A HORSE,
ITS OWNER OR TRAINER IS DISQUALIFIED FROM SHOWING BY MANAGEMENT OR OFFICIALS.
8. Entry forms must be signed by owners, and/or owner’s legal agent, by trainer, rider, driver or handler and coach.
Please provide your e-mail address with all entry forms.
If the owner or exhibitor is under 21 years of age, the entry form must be signed by a representative who is of age and by signature individually accepts the
responsibility and risk as stated on the entry.
ONLY (1) ENTRY FORM/ PER HORSE. IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE AND PAID STALL RESERVATIONS, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE IN ENTRY
FORM.
9. All tack changes must be in writing and giving to Show Secretary at least 3 classes prior entering the arena.
10. CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES:
To be eligible to entry, a horse must have been properly entered, shown and judged in one of the qualifying classes. The cost to enter To a Championship Class
is $50.00 per Class.
11. Management reserved the right to combine or cancel any classes with less than three entries, to refuse any entry fees before the Opening of the show, to prohibit any
person from attending the show or showing a horse in the ring and to remove any owner, Handler, trainer, stable employee or horse from the show without being liable
for compensation of any kind.
12. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrive at the entry gate in enough time to check-in and prepare for entry into the class.
13. A fee of $50.00 plus collection costs will be charge on all returned checks.
14. Should any dispute or question arise that is not provided for in the rules (USEF or PFHA), the same shall be referred to the Show
Committee, the decision of which will be final.
15. Any horse on the show grounds is subject to drug testing even if not exhibited and must therefore pay the USEF drug fee.
16. Catering of private parties on show grounds must be through Fairgrounds caterer and approved by Show Committee.
17. FIRE REGULATIONS:
Smoking is not permitted in Arena or Stall area. The use of flammable liquids or open flames is not permitted. No parking of
Trailers or cars will be permitted in the barn areas. Trailers may pull into the barn area to unload; but then must be parked in assigned Trailer/car area.
18. Florida PFHA, it’s officers or directors, or Show management are not liable for any losses due to theft or negligence, any Accidents or injuries, or any other
matters in connection with the show.
19. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ARENA. Dogs are not allowed in the show grounds unless they are leashed. ANY UNLEASHED DOG WILL BE
IMPOUNDED. All dog owners must clean up after their pets.
20. All merchandise sales that occur on the show grounds must be authorized by the Show management.
21. Parents must be responsible for their children. Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate
A motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle on the grounds of a
recognized competition. This includes, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters and farm utility vehicles.
Penalties may included exclusion of the child, parents, guardians and/or trainers from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and
charges being filed against any of these individuals in accordance with Chapter VI. (Wheelchair and other mobility assistance equipment for people with
disabilities are exempt) USEF GR 301
22. Entries will be called into the arena in numerical order. Entries must enter show arena when their number is called by the gatekeeper
Entries will have 2 minutes to enter the arena once the gate is open and first horse enters the ring.
