Wednesday it was almost 80..yesterday it started at 60..this morning rain..sleet ..now snow ..
This was 10:30 this morning

Oh Sheri, those first two pictures are beautiful. Such is springtime.

It's 70 here today! But supposed to snow on Wednesday. Our last 'normal' snowfall day is April 10. So, still more to go.

It has been such a weird winter. Bitter cold but no snow. Now this, our first real snow fall of this winter. It is TO LATE!!! I don't want it anymore!

about 90 here this week. I thought last year summer came a month earlier then it ever has and was a LONG hot summer. I figured we would have a nice long spring this year to make up for it. So far, I am not impressed. Way too hot too early.

Those pics are great! Yes....i was hoping to ride a horse this weekend but guess it will have to be a snowmobile.

I felt better after looking at the 15 day forecast....back in the 50's next week. :D

yup that's an iris..it is supposed to be blooming about now..may be a week or so early as these are planted right up against the warm side of the barn so it stays kinda warmer..the others are up but no buds yet..they are a bulb iris. I felt so sorry for it I knocked the ice off after I took the pic..but I think they are covered now.. :cry: they will probably bounce back after it melts..

:lol: I was happy to see a couple of crocus are about to bloom!
Iris come in late May or June here ! :shock:

I cant remember what these are called.. these aren't the bearded iris that come in May or June..these are just little bulbs like a crocus..not the rhizomes.. They are only about 3-4 inches tall.

I love those pics, my favorite color is purple and I am drawn to it like a bee.

Now, get rid of all that snow and grow some grass, you have only 5 weeks til I get there. ;-)
