My nine year old had to dress up as a favorite book character for school during Love of Reading Week. Here she is as Prilla, one of the Disney fairies.

She looks precious.
However she is wearing the face that says....I hope this picture doesn't end up in my high school year book someday.

I agree with Lori...not the picture she'll want dups of sent to the Grandparents either. LOL
She's sure cute! Looks like a little ray of California sunshine to me!

Actually, she chose the character and the costume, so she liked it. "The look" is saying "The California sun is hitting me square in the eyes and I'm trying not to blink" because mom couldn't get the flash to work properly inside that morning.

She is a beautiful girl. You'll have to "beat the boys away from your door" someday. Does she like horses, too?

She does like horses, although she's not quite as horse crazy as her older sister. In fact, her interest at this point seems more "artistic" than hands-on. She prefers writing about horses and drawing horses to grooming and mucking. But it's a start. ;-)

Being from Florida, that was my thought. She looks proud! You've been blessed with a real beauty! The girl is creative, and she's using horses as the topic. That says a lot!
