How the heck did you do that!!! What was the van doing in the paddock? and why did you back it through the fence? Are you teaching a teenager to drive?

I threw it in park (REVERSE) and got out at the top of the hill by the coati cage (building) on the right side of the road.. :-?

Kinda reminds me of the time I was mad at my ex-husband and I backed out of the garage at a high rate of speed, only to find I'd forgotten to shut the driver's door on my car. The divider between the garage doors sliced that puppy off like a knife through butter...
Don't worry, Shelley...you'll get over it... ;-)

Isn't it funny how it seemed to AIM for the truck? Maybe better than the trailer!! That would not have been pretty.

Yeah I bet that aluminum sundower would have cost a pretty penny to fix..

The interesting part will be explaining this to the insurance company, that will involve creative writing.

So sorry Shelley.

Reminds me of the time my hubby left the 1950 Chevy truck he was driving - left it in neutral and in a heavy wind wind caught it and the door slammed into my Ford van - did a REAL nice job on the rear qtr panel and the lights

It's been Saturday for ages, because Sheri can only ride on Sunday maybe and Codurus was closer to her. Is Saturday bad for you..... what can we do to make this work?

Tell me the address again...I just would rather have the dually not the suburban for hauling long distances....Can you come ride here on Sunday? AND do you Saturday ride? If not I will catch you next time..time just snuck up on me..

I've done it plenty, ram it in park and start to jump out and then discover it's in reverse.
I lost a truck down a hill 3 times, 2 i was in, 2 was in the woods, one of those turned over, (that was the one i wasn't in) the other one in the woods rammed a tree, the other one i was in was going down the mountain without brakes, managed to pull the corner at the bottom hard taking out the stop sign and came to a stop down in the valley where the road levels out. survived em all without serious damage. so much fer doing all kinds of things in mountain land with all kinds of old vehicles. All the experience teaches me how and where to be extra careful.
