Its rather common for mares to not show many pre-foaling signs on their first foal.
If you know her due date, keep an eye out for the USUAL order of things. I look for a mild sinking of the hip muscles - this is dramatic right before foaling, but can happen a few days to a few weeks ahead just a little. Knowing this actually is what allowed me to have Que in and ready when she foaled Cas at only 309/312 days. Also watch the milk. You can get indicator kitss, but I watched for the more clear stuff to turn white. The night Que foaled she had been dripping for 24 hours. When in doubt, bring'm in, wash'm wrap'm and get yer coffee, and chances are they will keep you up all night for nothing, lol.

I wrap mine...I usually wrap when I catch at foaling if I wrap ahead I use a big roll of sheet cotton and can get 4 or 5 wraps in befor I vet wrap...so not to kill the tail..I Rogers tail has been up like this 24/7 for going on 3 yrs..

Hey, Coreen...remember when you told me to go make a cup of coffee when Devante was born???? ...and I missed the whole darned thing...AND it was a cup of INSTANT COFFEE!!! hahahaha....(wasn't gone for more than ten minutes...came back...there he was on the ground! ;-) )
Actually, many of my mares have given no sign at all that they were going to deliver. They would bag and wax up about a month before delivery, hips would sink...tail would sag, and doggone it, I missed three out of four this year...(but only by a few minutes, ;-) ).
