One year ago today, into our lives, a little demon child came to earth.
He looked Soooooooo innocent!

And what birthday would be complete without a new toy? (I think the idea of Kick Socer is lost on him. ;-) )

I know I should know this, but I don't. Is he full Paso? I'm thinking not???
Happy Birthday Bruiser!
I have much enjoyed his escapades, I have enjoyed his photo's, and I have breathed more then one sigh of relief that he is located on the other side of the country 8-)

Oh my Fran...You really haven't been here in a long time.
In 2005 I rescued a Peruvian Paso mare (through the BB) that was with 'some cowboy' in South Dakota. I bought her and brought her home, started feeding her, and she gained a LOT of weight!!! Low and behold, she was pregnant (by one of two QH 2-year-olds at the "Cowboys" place), and THIS was the result.
You really need to watch the videos to appreciate him. These are my three favorites. If you have slow upload speeds, just watch the last one. You'll KNOW why he is such a demon!

A demon yes. Rather Dennis the Menice like. Annoying as all get out, but really fun that he belongs to Carol
I have no doubt he will turn out to be a fine horse. He's lucky that he has someone that appreciates his attitude, and can properly channel the energy.
That type horse usually is the best
Edited:
I just rewatched those video's. I don't believe he had 4 feet on the ground for more then 10 seconds at a time.

I knew Bruiser's birthday was sometime this week -- he was born just a few days before Capri.
Happy Birthday, big guy!
You know, Carol, he and Capri are looking more alike all the time. I'll have to get some photos for Capri's birthday next Monday so we can compare.

You know, some people are just MEAN! :hitting  ;-)
I am sure he thanks you all for another great day in paradise, where the world revolves around him and all is good. ;-) I didn't even tie him up yesterday for "attitude adjustment" training. LOL
I don't know if you noticed his mane. It's curly, thick, and he has the same amount on BOTH sides. I get the feeling he's going to cost a fortume in Cowboy Magic.

Carol, he has turned into a beautiful yearling and I believe will be a stunning horse. And all that personality is a bonus (if you live though it)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRUISER! My baby is a year old also. The time has surely gone fast. I can't believe how much they look alike. Viseaux is as tall, but not quite as heavy. He has a slimmer build, but tall and lean.I need to get more photo's the next time I see him. I really am in a dilima about him, I sold him to friends last Nov. The only problem is, they haven't paid me for him. They owned the stud, and really love the little guy, but when I asked about getting paid 3 weeks ago, I think it made them mad. I have called repeatedly, and they won't answer my calls, or return them. Now, we use to talk almost everyday. I have the papers on him, do I go get him and ruin what is left , if anything, of our 10 yr. friendship? I know it will involve the sherriff if I try to take him. Any suggestions?

I would probably send them a registered letter (so you have proof they got it), stating the terms you 'sold' him under, that you need payment by ____ date or you will take him back. Friends who STEAL from you are not friends.

He's brownish black Fran. Most of the time he looks black, the sun brings out the brownish tint.
Thank you all. I have to admit he DOES have a LOT of personality and pays his way in entertainment. Of course there are times I wish he weren't quite so entertaining...like when he thinks WE'RE there for his entertainment! He is always going to be a LOT of horse.
It's just a darn GOOD thing he's so cute, because he could easily be a lot of DOG FOOD too! ;-)
is he registered?...no,I guess not, so what would you register that colour as?....chocolate? bay?...mine got registered bay,but she's not a bay...

He can be registered. They have a Half-Peruvian registry, and his dam was registered. I'll register him as black, which he is most of the time (and for SURE his soul is black and EVIL!!! ) LOL
