I'll get some better ones that show both their color, before they fade out from the sun. Those were taken with a late afternoon low sun. Marietta "looking" shot is actually in the shadows...I had to color adjust some ther to see her good. Marietta is just about all shed out. They have been slow this year...we have been too much hot cold hot cold.

Thanks everyone for your comments!
...its been a busy week harvesting hay...starting breeding season, etc. I keep thinking I need to get some new nice standing shots of the grulla young'ns before they sunfade. I love the different grulla shades with their dusty blue ~ grayish shades.
Emperador's nickname was "Mousey" before I got him... yes it was due to his "mousey" color. That nickname didn't come with him to his new home, though! Sometimes he is "King Emperador" and other times "Tarzan".

Such pretty girls...and almost PERFECT.
Now, if you'd just have a red dun filly (that stays red) in those incredible bloodlines with LOTS of Eblis and Hilaches. I'd probably have to build on to my barn.

I'm horse shopping now, and these pics (especially the one of Espirita) are tempting me to make a trip to your farm, Lynn!

It would be a worthwhile trip! She has some beautiful Pasos. I got my two gorgeous babies (2-year-old gelding and 4-year-old filly) from her. They aren't grullas though; they are zebra duns!

If I don't find the right horse up here within a couple of months, then I'm heading south, for sure.

I have a beautiful red dun yearling colt with the red leg striping for sale.
The newest member to Emeperador's and Gracewood's family is Precision de Gracia....
http://www.americanpasofinos.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13904&highlight=
He looks like blameitonbrio's Brio (Brio/Extasis was born when Espirita was born). The new "prince" Precision looks like he will have the leg barring, though a shade of bay. I only have the one foal this year, but am looking forward to having more little dun and grulla "Emperador's" next year. SharonP, if you have a mare ...consider breeding to E this year...he's 26... so not many breeding years left. (Its hard for me to let any of the fillies go. They are my future broodmare herd.) You are welcome to visit anytime!!!
Glad you like them! The pics don't really do them justice like seeing them in person. Espirita is a very special girl and beautiful too!

Dana, anytime... I have two rocking chairs there. Maybe with some southern iced tea.
The new E colt Precision is the current entertainment... running, jumping & twisting, etc. He can jump in the air and go sideways ... he's a hoot to watch. Driving his horse mom crazy with worry.
