Those are absolutely gorgeous!! Do you do shows???

I can't imagine why you couldn't make a living selling your work...you are extremely talented...you can see a work of art in the most mundane setting!

I tried to do a craft show last yr, but cost to get a spot was way to expensive, plus the set up cost to bring a bunch was too much at the time... I do online mostly... I have sold a few things online but nothing to earn a living on, maybe buy dinner but that is it...

I want to get on more online gallerys, free one's... I plan to do that this summer...

I am having a garage sale soon, will have my prints on display too..

Thanks for the kind words guys! :D

Jen,
I would encourage you to enter some of those in photo shows. I especially like sunflower window and dakota fence.

We have a photo show in my small rural town. it is fast becoming an international event.

It is easy and affordable to enter. Jump out there and give it a try!

Thanks for all the encouragement guys! I am searching online for some online contests, free gallery's too, right now $$ is tight, cant afford to do any shows unless free... But I am trying...

The northshore Lk superior in Grand Marias has a art show, $500 to get a spot. sucks. I would LOVE to do that one... But I would need $500 to enter plus $500 start up costs to get more prints made and stuff. I can do post cards 2 for $1 a sheet at the printers, gonna make some of thsoe for my sale...

I have my framed work at my friends DunnBro's coffee shop. SHe owns it and let me display my work. Nothing has come of it though... Was thinking of doing a show at her shop, she wouldnt charge me and I could bring prints to sell.

Could you submit some of your pics to a magazine.. like those country shots.. to Country Living.. and maybe get them published? I wouldnt know how to go about it.. but I know they are just as good if not better than most I have seen.

I especially like sunflower window and dakota fence.

Yeah. Love those, and the first Fresian pic is absolutely gorgeous. Those are my favorites, but all are really great! If nothing else, maybe you could get a photography job for a magazine if you can't sell the prints due to costs to get them out there. You've got a great portfolio to work with already. Good stuff!!!

Those are really nice. You have a great eye for good photographs.

I wish you luck in your 'second career,' but perhaps 'true calling' would be more accurate.
