This colt is sired by our pinto stallion and dam is a Santana daughter. Lynn Hall owns this mare and foal. He was born this week and Lynn thinks he is Homozygous. He has ink spots on his rump and side. She will test him later on to see.

We also got a call on the same day that another Mayito foal was born. The owner had a doctor's appointment so was unable to check the sex at the time he called. It is a black & white foal and he thinks a filly. I will post some pictures as soon as he sends them.

Sorry if I don't know who Santana is...can you lead me to a picture of him? I'm looking at a nice pinto PF to buy, and am just starting to do my homework.

His nose mark is the cutest thing. I'd nickname him "Buttons" before the day was over!

I just had a Santana daughter here for training - too bad he is gone at a young age. The mare was very sweet and willing, they should be on the trails around her home now!! :D

Here is a link to the Dam's bloodlines. She is really a nice mare and Lynn rides her quite a bit on the trails.

He's adorable! I just got an email from Lynn about a new colt, so I'm guessing this is him. Who is the sire? You mentioned your pinto stallion, but I didn't catch the name (maybe it's here and I missed it...).
Very cute!!!

I'm sorry, the sire is our black & white pinto stallion.
Mayito's Carbon Copy
Lynn said, if he is homozygous she is keeping him.

Wow, the stallion is beautiful! No wonder he produced such a nice colt! Lynn had just mentioned that she had a new colt there, so I don't know that he was for sale. I'd contacted her about some other ones she has there. I'd keep him, too, if he turned out to be homozygous! ;-)
Very nice!

A beautiful foal as per usual with Mayito as sire. Not only is Mayito a gorgeous boy, but also a nice smooth ride. I had the pleasure of riding him a few years back when I visited Sharon at her farm. He is gentle, but has much "presence". Lynn, you got a good one , I think! Congrats.
